GYMNASTICS GOLD FOR LEATHERHEAD BOYS 2016
The young gymnasts from Leatherhead & Dorking continued the success of the girls when taking part in the South East Gymnastics Regional Championship for boys held at Maidstone.
Gold Medal winner was Matthew Bennett in Club Grade 1 and Woody Melbourne with a silver in Club Grade 2.
In Elite Grades 1 and 2 Owen Courtney was 6th and Jared Field in Elite 2.Woody. Owen and Jared all qualified for the British Gymnasts National Finals.
While the boys were competing at Maidstone Scarlett Cherry followed on from her Team Gold Medal success the previous week at The Women's Regional Championships with a good performance at The British Gymnastics 'Challenge'
held at Guildford's Spectrum.
