Surrey Teams Success
Twenty one gymnasts from the Leatherhead & Dorking Gymnastics Club recreational classes took part in the Surrey Team competition held at The Guildford Spectrum on 29th April. All of the teams achieved podium places with the
Novice(girls) Under 12 gymnasts Emily Mann, Rachael Godfrey, Kate Stonehill and Lucia Garner winning the Team Gold Medal.
The Novice U 10(mixed), Intermediate U 10 and U 12 teams won silver medals with the Intermediate (girls & boys) U 10 teams winning bronze. The gymnasts train between 2 and 4 hours each week under General Gymnastics Head Coach Yan-kay Cheung Senior GG Coaches Ryan Kittle ,Jane Redgwell and the general gymnastics coaches.
